Marc Wigder is a longtime Boca Raton resident, successful business owner, and member of the Boca Raton City Council representing all residents across the city’s 18,000 acres. With nearly three decades of experience as a real estate attorney and investor, Marc brings proven leadership, fiscal responsibility and a citywide perspective to local government.

Marc is the Founder and CEO of Greenhouse Property Company, a Boca Raton-based real estate investment firm specializing in sustainable office solutions for small businesses. In 2012, Marc acquired a largely vacant commercial property out of foreclosure and transformed it into The Greenhouse Offices, one of Boca Raton’s most successful small business hubs with over 100,000 square feet of office space serving more than 100 tenants.
His work at The Greenhouse demonstrates his commitment to sustainable development and smart growth. These are principles he applies to his work on City Council, as he works to maintain a first-class quality of life across all 18,000 acres of Boca Raton.

Working with his colleagues, Marc has helped deliver results for Boca Raton:
Fiscal Responsibility:
- Extended the CRA to keep tens of millions in tax revenue in Boca Raton instead of reverting to the county
- Relocated city administrative offices to an existing building, saving taxpayers tens of millions of dollars
- Maintained one of the lowest property tax rates in Florida for a full-service city
Infrastructure Investment:
- Led push for over 100 active capital projects across the city
- Advocated for replacing aging infrastructure proactively—fixing pipes before they break, not after
- Supported strategic investments in parks, libraries, and public facilities
Housing and Affordability:
- Championed Boca Raton’s first attainable housing ordinance to help teachers, nurses, police officers, and firefighters afford to live in the community they serve
- Focused on balanced housing pipeline to ensure Boca remains accessible across generations

- Advocated for modern, centrally-located police facilities to better serve all residents
